Entrepreneurs and Health July 6
As entrepreneurs, most of us have more important things to worry about than health. Things like
how many clients we have, how many users, and how much revenue for the month. There is often a
lot of discussion about keeping in good health and managing the stress that comes with being anĀ entrepreneur. I personally haven’t cared much for health since the beginning of my entrepreneurial journey although I know I should. In fact, I intend to start caring now. This is actually because I
used to think doing proper maintenance on your body wasn’t important, but it’s apparent that it is. A lot of what Healthy Body, a regular commenter on this blog (Gina?), has said has also made me think about taking care of oneself as well. I plan to change my diet, do some detoxing, and start hitting the gym. I just got myself some of that Kombucha tea. What are some things you, as an entrepreneur, do to keep in good health or keep yourself motivated to take care of your body?

Rohail,
I’ve been working with Adam from MyBodyTutor.com, the guy from that awesome interview series you did.
I love his program and highly recommend it to anyone. He makes it so hard to neglect your health and fitness.
I hope this helps.

Rohail - great post. A good resource i read is www.brainbasedbusiness.com. They talk about everyday things you can do with health to improve your working life - both physical and mental exercise. Check it out.
Cheers!

Adam has a fantastic program going on and I’m glad you’re working with him. It’s great to see people trusting people as opposed to big organizations when it comes to their health. Those organizations can only do so much when compared to the individualized help people get with instructors like Adam. Best of luck.

Thanks for the link! What a great site. I’ll be sure to add it to my feed.

I agree. When I don’t sleep enough or anything for a few days…the after effects are terrible.
