Many people make their entire living off of blog revenue such as Darren Rowse of ProBlogger.net. Although, I must admit, it is extremely difficult to make a significant amount off of blogs. I, myself have avoided this concept of making money especially on this website as I want it to have a clean look. However,...

Congrats Rohail – it looks really good!

Hows it going after the first hours of opening the site. Many registrations? Can’t wait for your updates on the site!
Keep up the good work

Congrats! Launching is an awesome feeling Rohail…the site looks great. I’ll get around to signing up and writing a review for you on my blog sometime this week.

Congrats on the launch. The site looks awsome!

Thanks guys! It’s been an exciting day with surprises along the way. There is still a lot to be done. I’m banking on the site gaining some momentum tomorrow. I’ll keep you guys posted.

Go Rohail go! Hope it’s uber successful!

Thanks Tom!

Congrats again, Rohail!

It looks spectacular. I’m really impressed, Rohail. It looks like Walamu is picking up steam with more books added daily.

Building a website from scratch — especially without millions of dollars at your disposal — is never an overnight thing. It’s awesome to see you’re continously working hard at it, Rohail.

My best advice for you is to seek “small wins” frequently, and consistently. Soon enough, you’ll see some pretty cool results. But of course, you’re in control, and you know much better than all of us on how to build a kick-ass college textbook marketplace.

Keep it up, man!

Thanks Andrew! It’s certainly been interesting since launch. I’ll have a post on that later, but it’s definitely all about small wins. That’s the goal right now. First small win- getting in the campus newspaper. Hoping that happens soon. Appeciate the encouraging words :) .
